Outdoor Fitness Classes:

Stronger, faster, more resilient—outside. Every session mixes strength, conditioning, core, and mobility with clear coaching and scalable options for all levels.

Foundation: Move & Mobilize – technique, joint prep, baseline strength

Summit Strength: Lifts & Hills – progressive circuits + Mt. Trashmore hill work

Trashmore Tempo: Conditioning & Core – intervals, engine-building, core finishers

Nutrition & Juicing Coaching (Plus Classes - coming soon!)

Your plan shouldn’t look like anyone else’s. We start with a quick 1:1 consult and build a custom nutrition strategy around your schedule, culture, and goals. Then we bring it to life with practical coaching and optional small-group juicing classes:

Personalized plate plan, macros (only if needed), and simple shopping lists

Juicing protocols for energy, recovery, and appetite control—recipes, timing, batching

Label-reading, meal-mapping, and “busy-week” playbooks you’ll actually use

Prime Hypnotherapy (Weight Loss, Binge Eating, Motivation)

Change the habit, change the result.

Our Prime Hypnotherapy sessions support fat-loss goals by tackling the why behind the what: cravings, stress eating, late-night snacking, motivation dips.

30–45 min sessions with pre-session intake to target triggers

Evidence-informed suggestion work to reduce binge urges and strengthen follow-through

Take-home reinforcement audio and simple between-session actions
Wellness services are educational/supportive and not a substitute for medical care.

Weekly check-ins, easy progress markers (strength, energy, consistency, waist/hip if desired), and coach DMs (select plans) keep you honest and motivated—without the guilt trip.

Show up at the hill—coaches handle the plan; you bring the effort.

Level up with your custom nutrition/juicing strategy and, if you choose, Prime Hypnotherapy.

Scott Blaise is a certified fitness coach, clinical hypnotherapist, and nutritionist—and the founder of Parkside Fit at Mount Trashmore. He blends smart strength programming with personalized nutrition and targeted hypnotherapy to hard-wire better habits, reduce stress, and deliver sustainable results.

Expect clear coaching, scalable progressions, and accountability that turns effort into momentum.

Mia Johnson

Certified Spring 2008

Mia Johnson is a certified fitness coach and nutrition coach at Parkside Fit, known for form-first strength, mobility, and conditioning in the open air at Mount Trashmore. She pairs clear, confidence-building coaching with simple, sustainable nutrition habits (including juicing support) to help beginners and veterans alike progress safely and steadily. Expect upbeat energy, precise cues, and programming that scales to your level—then nudges you past it.

Maya Reed

Certified Fall 1997

Maya Reed is a certified instructor who specializes in athletic mobility, breathwork, and recovery for real-world performance. At Parkside Fit’s open-air classes on Mount Trashmore, she blends vinyasa flow with targeted mobility, balance work, and guided down-regulation (box breathing/short meditation) to reset the nervous system after hard efforts. Expect clear, form-first cues, scalable options for beginners through barbell athletes, and sequences that improve flexibility, core stability, and joint health—so you leave calmer, looser, and stronger for the next session.
